The official website is: www.prometricindia.com. The student should have an E-mail ID to schedule a test online.

Once you open this website, left side in the home page, you will find an option, Test Takers. If you click on this option, a page will open where you find schedule a test. Once you click on schedule a test, then you will get a page showing 3 steps.

STEP-I

In step I, you have to select "Academic Professional Licensure, Government, and Corporate Programs" then the page will refresh on its own and then you go for the Step 2.

STEP-2

In step 2, you have to select your testing program, whether it is TOEFL, GRE or GMAT. Again the page will refresh on its own after which, you have to go Step 3.

STEP-3

In Step 3, you have to select your region. You have to select the country, India, there and click on "Next" to go to the next page, showing you four options, i.e., Locate a test site, Schedule an exam, re-schedule or cancel an exam & Exam confirmation.

If you click on Schedule an exam, and on next, you will go to the next page, wherein you will find Policy Notice and Data Privacy Notice. If you scroll down the page, click on I agree and next, you will see Available test sites in different cities. Go to the city whichever you like and click on Schedule Appointment. Then the next page will open, asking you to select the month and year when you want to take up the test. Once you select the month and year, and click on go, after waiting for few seconds, you can see a page, showing the date and time available for you in that specific center. Please make a note that, in this page, except the time shown in some particular dates, the remaining dates, where it is full white in colour, it is already filled up. If you click on the time available in that page and convenient for you, you will get the next page, asking for the information required for scheduling the test.

Once you provide the personal information required and click on next, you will get the next page, wherein you have to provide the credit card details, like credit card number, validity, whether it is Visa or American Express card, etc., and card holder's name. Once you give all this information and click on next, then, automatically the transaction will be processed and you get confirmation of the payment for particular date and time slot, a print out of which, you have to take to the test center, along with the original Passport.
